Product Description:

1. Automatic cleaning function: built-in cleaning brush, automatic cleaning cycle can be preset within 1-999 hours, and the discharge emitter can be automatically cleaned with one button

Instrument Function Description:

1. When the ambient humidity is high, residual voltage deviation may occur, and it is best to use it at a humidity of about 50%RH
2. Connect the power supply:
    a. Insert the DC24V power output plug into the corresponding position behind the ion fan
    b. Connect the AC100-240V plug to the indoor power outlet
3. Powered:
    a. Press the POWER to start the machine
    b. The ionizer fan H.V and FAN indicator lights are green, and the equipment is normal
4. Air volume adjustment:
    a. The fan has seven adjustable wind speeds. When F01-F07 is displayed, select the appropriate wind speed by pressing the + /-button (the higher the wind speed, the faster the static elimination)
5. One-click cleaning:
    a. Press the CLEAN button, the CLEAN indicator will light up in green, and the carbon brush will start, cleaning clockwise for 5 seconds, and counterclockwise cleaning for 5 seconds before stopping. 5 seconds after cleaning, the fan will automatically recover
6. Automatic cleaning:
    a. Press the SET to enter the setting mode, the display shows H000, H is the unit hour, 000 is the ones, tens, hundreds
    b. Press the SET button again, when the hundred digits jump, you can adjust the digits with the +/- buttons
    c. Press the SET button again, the digits can be adjusted by the +/- buttons when the ten digits jump
    d. Press the SET button again, the digits can be adjusted by the +/- buttons when the ones digit is jumping, and the maximum can be set to 1-999 hours
    e. After adjusting the tens and hundreds digits, press the SET to save the data, and then press SET to display the air volume of F01-F07
    f. The cleaning brush takes the set time as the periodic timing. For example, the set period is H008, which is an 8-hour period. The cleaning brush will automatically start cleaning the discharge emitter once every 8 hours
7. Whole machine lock:
    a. After the setting is completed, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds, and you will hear 3 beeps, the whole machine is locked, all the buttons can not be used after locking, the equipment will operate according to the set parameters to prevent the production line personnel from changing the set parameters
8. Unlock the whole machine:
    a. In the locked state, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds, and the whole device will be unlocked when you hear 3 beeps. After unlocking, you can set the device parameters arbitrarily. After the setting is completed, you need to lock it again
9. Power-off memory:
    a. Each time it is powered on, the equipment will run according to the last set air volume and cleaning cycle
10. Power failure protection:
    a. During power-on operation, if the front windshield is disassembled, the whole machine will be powered off, which can protect the operator from being injured by the fan blades
11. When the fan alarms, it will output a 24V signal, and the buzzer will alarm to notify the abnormality

Installation Method:

1. Use M6 screws and nuts to fix the bottom bracket of the fan at an appropriate position that needs to eliminate static electricity
2. When using more than two ionizers, make sure to keep a distance of at least 100mm between the two
3. The distance from the air outlet needs to be at least 100mm away from static objects, and reverse charging may occur within 100mm
4. The ionizer is at least 300mm away from the metal conductor, and the air inlet is at least 150mm away from the wall and other objects

Daily Maintenance:

1. Cleaning of front windshield: Press the buckles on both sides of the front wind window inward to remove it from the host; Use cotton swabs for washing, or use neutral detergent for washing; After the cleaned wind window is dry, install it back on the host

2. Cleaning of the discharge emitter: After the discharge emitter is used for a long time, there will be dust and other pollutants in and around the discharge emitter; Use cotton swabs to remove contaminants; The discharge emitter should be cleaned regularly ( approximately 100 hours of use need to be cleaned once ) . When the pollution is serious, the cotton swab can be cleaned with alcohol. Be careful not to damage the discharge emitter when cleaning

3. Discharge emitter replacement: Please check the discharge emitter while cleaning; When the tip of the discharge emitter is found to be damaged, please replace it with a new discharge emitter immediately; Use emitter-nose pliers to remove the discharge emitter and replace it with a new one; The tip of the discharge emitter is very sharp, please be careful not to get injured whenreplacing it; The replacement cycle of the discharge emitter under the normal use environment is one year, whichever is based on the actual use environment
