Gate valve is a gate with opening and closing parts. The movement direction of the gate valve is perpendicular to the flow direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed. The parameters of the unsuitable gate vary, usually 5 ° and 2 ° 52 'when the medium temperature is not high, which improves its process ability, make up for the deviation of sealing surface angle in the process of processing. This kind of gate is called elastic gate.

Advantages of wedge gate valve:

1. The flow resistance is small. The medium channel inside the valve body is straight through, the medium flows in a straight line, and the flow resistance is small.

2. It is easy to open and close. Compared with the globe valve, whether it is open or closed, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium.

3. Large height, long opening and closing time. The opening and closing stroke of the gate is large, and the gate lowering is carried out by the screw.

4. It is not easy to produce water hammer because the shutdown time is long.

5. The medium can flow in any direction on both sides and is easy to install. The gate valve channel is symmetrical on both sides.

API6D slab gate valve is a kind of sliding valve whose closing part is parallel gate. The closing part can be a single gate or a double gate with an opening mechanism between them. The pressing force from the gate to the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate or floating valve seat. If it is a double gate slab gate valve, the opening mechanism between the two gates can supplement this pressing force.

API6D slab gate valve can be divided into manual slab gate valve, pneumatic slab gate valve and electric slab gate valve according to driving mode. It can be divided into slab gate valve with a diversion hole and slab gate valve without a diversion hole.

API6D slab gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipeline, gas pipeline and other transmission pipeline, vent system and steam storage device. The slab gate valve is used as opening and closing equipment. Z43 single gate valve with diversion hole is suitable for long-distance pipeline of natural gas exploitation and purification.

The slab gate valve with diversion hole is used for the pipeline requiring pigging through the ball, and the pipeline without diversion hole is used for the pipeline without pigging.

API6D slab gate valve advantages: small flow resistance, the flow resistance without necking is similar to that of short pipe. The slab gate valve with diversion hole is installed on the pipeline and can be used for pigging directly. Since the gate is sliding on two seat surfaces, the liquid of slab gate valve can be applied to medium with suspended particles, and the sealing surface of slab gate valve is actually automatic positioning. The sealing surface of the valve seat will not be damaged by thermal deformation of the valve body. Moreover, even if the valve is closed in cold condition, the thermal elongation of the valve stem will not overload the sealing surface.

API 6A high pressure slab gate valve or wellhead valve

The valve body and bonnet are sealed by metal to metal method, which improves the sealing performance. There is a back sealing between the valve stem and the valve bonnet, which is convenient to replace the valve stem packing under pressure. The valve body is made of high-quality alloy steel forging, no perforation design, safe and reliable. The sealing surface is sprayed with cemented carbide, which has the properties of corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and wear resistance. The backing ring groove of valve body can be overlaid with austenitic stainless steel according to the user's requirements to improve the corrosion resistance and service life. Spring preloading is used on the gate and valve seat to realize two-way sealing completely. Set the opening and closing device to display the opening and closing status of the valve, and the operating torque is low.
