2 Main features

- Three-in-one structure of bottle unscrambling, filling and cap turning, taking small floor space with stable and reliable operation.

- The ceramic pump or peristaltic pump filling principle is a dopted to ensure that the liquid is free from contamination during filling.

- The filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface with simple operation. Filling is carried out when there is any bottle, and no filling is carried out if there is no bottle. No leakage.

- The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.

- Effective methods are available to complete the functions of bottle unscrambling, bottle moving and positioning for various irregular-shaped bottles or bottles with different thickness, meeting the needs for automatic production.

- It can be equipped With 100-grade laminar flow protection and dust particles and airborne microbe detection System.

- The cap turning mechanism can be driven by servo motor with adjustable torque

- The whole line is designed according to GMP Requirements.
