1 Overview

The product is a new type of machine developed by our company after introducing internationally advanced technology. As a high-tech product with optical, electrical pneumatic and mechanical integration, it greatly improves the equipment performance and working efficiency and meets the requirements of fast cartoning. In addition, it remains stable and reliable during fast operation.

This model is suitable for automatic feeding and cartoning of bottle-shaped items. It automatically completes the following: bottle arranging and conveying, leaflet folding (folding for 1-4 times) and conveying, leaflet detection, carton sucking, forming and conveying, material placing into carton, batch number printing, sealing of paper tongues at both ends of the carton (also applicable to hot melt glue), rejecting in case of material shortage, discharging of finished products, etc. The whole packaging process can be automatically completed on the line.

The machine can replace the workload of 10-15 workers.
