1 Purpose and characteristics

The machine is controlled by PLC man-machine interface. The film feeding system is controlled by stepping motor, and the film feeding size can be adjusted freely. Other actions are all driven by cylinders. It has such features as stable and reliable operation, clean and beautiful seal and free of maintenance.

The machine is widely used for exterior packaging of various medium and large boxed items, such as cigarettes, audio tapes, playing cards and other similar shapes of medicine, health products, food, daily commodities and chemicals, electric and electronic products. For the packaging products, it can offer "two antis and three improvements, namely, anti- counterfeiting and anti-moisture; improvement of product grade, improvement of product added value and improvement of product appearance and decoration effect, making the products more competitive and marketable after packaging.
