1 Overview

This series of products is mainly used for the filling and production of plug rings or other small bottles in the pharmaceutical industry, and the whole production process meets the national new GMP requirements. Because the packaging materials are all special-shaped bottles, the design incorporates more robot functional devices or tips, and has a number of patented technologies with independent intellectual property rights, which has reached an advanced level and can replace similar imported products.

- Bottle management, filling and capping three-in-one structure, small footprint, stable and reliable operation

- All kinds of special-shaped bottles, flat bottles, etc. have effective methods to complete the functions of bottle management, bottle positioning, etc., to meet the needs of automatic production.

- It adopts the filling principle of 316L stainless steel plug pump, which can be adjusted as a whole or independently adjusted. It can be driven by a servo motor, and the loading capacity can be adjusted in the human-machine interface.
