XHL-WLZ-260 Continuous High Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine

1 Overview

The WLZ-260 automatic high-speed cartoning machine is a machine innovated and designed by our company on the basis of introducing internationally advanced technology, and is manufactured according to GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It has high efficiency and high performance. The related technologies of leaflet folding and conveying, carton forming and rear pushing mechanism have reached European and American standards. The concise design and the rear continuous pushing structure make operation and maintenance easier. The machine adopts quartered double-planetary wheel rotary outward carton opening. It is also provided with the device for twice pre-forming, so as to ensure complete opening and forming of the carton.

The machine is a fully automatic continuous high-speed cartoning machine. As a high- performance product with mechanical, optical, electrical and pneumatic integration, it can work with other equipment to form a packaging production line.

The machine can replace the workload of 10-15 workers.
