Flexible Installation Position: The straight-return oil return filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or top of the oil tank, with its barrel part submerged in the oil. The oil inlet is connected to the return oil pipeline, making the piping simple and installation convenient. For instance, some models can be mounted on the oil tank cover plate, while others are installed via pipes.

Compact Structure: The filter's compact design contributes to simplifying system piping and achieving a more compact system layout.

High Reliability: Equipped with a filter element contamination/clogging indicator and a bypass valve, when the filter element is clogged by contaminants or when factors like excessively low system fluid temperature or flow pulsation cause the inlet pressure to reach a set value (e.g., 0.35MPa), the indicator will signal for timely filter element replacement or oil temperature increase. If immediate shutdown is not feasible, the bypass valve will automatically open (typically at 0.4MPa) to protect the filter and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

Efficient Filtration: Utilizing high-quality filter media such as glass fiber or new-type synthetic fiber, the filter offers advantages like high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and significant dirt-holding capacity. Its filtration precision is typically specified in absolute terms, with both filtration ratio and efficiency reaching high levels that comply with relevant standards.

Easy Maintenance: The filter's design facilitates filter element replacement and maintenance. For instance, some models allow for filter element change or oil filling into the tank simply by unscrewing the filter cover.
