The high-temperature-resistant and high-efficiency air filter remains a partitioned structure, fabricated with high-temperature-resistant fiberglass or ultrafine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil partitions, stainless steel frames, and specially formulated high-temperature-resistant sealant. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing and is primarily used in equipment and systems requiring high-temperature air purification, such as ultra-clean ovens, ultra-clean cleaning machines, and within the chemical industry.

The 250°C high-temperature high-efficiency air filter and 260°C high-temperature-resistant air filter share the same construction methodology, utilizing fiberglass or ultrafine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil partitions, stainless steel frames, and specially formulated high-temperature-resistant sealant. The filter media is pleated at 180° on both sides, forming a wedge-shaped pleat layer. The pleating process leaves two creases, resulting in a wedge-shaped box pleat at the end of the partition, which helps prevent filter paper damage.
