The wood chips cut by the chip cutting device have small particle size and do not need to be dried in the sun before being sent to the crushing device for further crushing. The crushed finished product is sent to the aggregate location by a fan.

working principle:
When various types of wood enter the feeding port of the sawdust crusher, they form a natural falling state. The main machine rotates and the wind conveying system naturally opens the feeding baffle, and the material naturally falls into the crushing chamber. The high-speed centrifugal blades break the wood and bring it to the sawdust crusher casing with the crusher rotor. The hammer blades on the cutter head and the lining plate on the upper part of the sawdust crusher casing rub against each other to achieve material crushing. The particle size of the discharged material is controlled by the sieve under the crushing chamber. The blades on the rotor are in a centrifugal outward state. When the material does not meet the crushing requirements, cyclic friction crushing is carried out.

Product Structure:
1. The machine is structurally divided into a main unit (sawdust machine main unit) and auxiliary units (airflow separator, induced draft fan, powder collector, dust collector). Powder collector (also known as centrifugal separator), the powdered particles that meet the crushing requirements enter the powder collector tangentially through the air duct with the induced draft fan airflow, causing the airflow carrying the powder to rotate, throwing the powder particles towards the cylinder wall, settling at the discharge port, and entering the powder bag by themselves.
2. The induced draft fan is a centrifugal fan, which mainly provides suitable air pressure and volume for the production of the unit, and plays a role in dust removal.
3. The main body of the dust collector is a box, and the lower part of the box is equipped with an ash door. The box should be installed in a vertical frame. The vertical frame is covered with filter bags, and the dust collector receives dusty gas from the centrifugal separator. Enter the box through the entrance and discharge it into the external space of the machine through the filter bag. Due to the fact that the dust removal efficiency of the filter bag dust collector can reach over 99%. When the filtering resistance of the dust collector increases, you can choose to stop the machine and take a break for manual cleaning. When cleaning the filter bag to collect dust, you can shake the filter bag by hand for several seconds to shake off the dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag. The shaken off dust can be directly discharged into the dust collection bag through the dust door of the box and then removed.
