Principle

Multiple nozzles are controlled by a computer to spray ink directly onto the surface of the substrate to form images or text. The nozzles are arranged in a certain pattern and spray ink droplets synchronously or asynchronously under the precise command of the control system to achieve large-format, high-speed, and high-precision printing.

Structure

• Nozzle system: It is the core component, including multiple nozzles. Each nozzle has many tiny nozzles that can spray ink droplets of different colors to form rich colors through combination. Nozzle technology such as piezoelectric nozzles can accurately control the size and spray speed of ink droplets to improve the quality of printing.

• Ink supply system: supplies ink to the nozzles, including ink tanks, ink pumps, filters, etc. The ink pump provides stable pressure to ensure continuous ink supply; the filter prevents impurities from clogging the nozzle and ensures smooth printing.

• Control system: It is composed of computers, control software, circuit boards, etc., responsible for nozzle motion control, ink droplet injection control, image data processing, etc., to achieve automation and precise control of the printing process. Some advanced equipment uses intelligent algorithms to optimize the printing effect.

• Transmission system: drives the substrate to move, ensures the precise relative movement between the nozzle and the substrate, and makes the ink droplets fall accurately at the predetermined position. High-precision motors, belts, guide rails and other transmission components are mostly used to ensure smooth and precise transmission.

• Body and bracket: Provide support and installation basis for each component to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment. It is mostly made of metal materials. The body design of some equipment is ergonomic and easy to operate and maintain.
