Application︰

Application:	The printing plate for pad printing is small in size and can be exposed with a special small-sized plate exposure machine. The steel plate coated with photosensitive glue can be attached to the film for exposure, and then developed, washed and corroded. The plate exposure machine for pad printing and the plate exposure machine for screen printing have the same principle. They both use the photosensitive glue to cross-link and solidify under ultraviolet light, thereby covering the steel plate to prevent corrosion. The photosensitive glue in the area not exposed to ultraviolet light will be washed away by water and corroded by acid. The plate exposure machine for pad printing does not need to install a high-power gallium iodine lamp, but uses a fluorescent lamp with moderate ultraviolet content, which will also save costs.
