The key points of the bell: we using Baosteel’ CF53 as the raw material of the bell, consisting of the thread, spline and shell. Because the outboard ball joint installing the wheel, it will endure the huge torque and impact force.  conjunction of  Spline and shell body and inner chamber needing enough strength. So we adopt the most advanced hear treatment process and equipment, we using the medium- frequency induction hardening machine from EFD, Germany, improve product’s toughness and hardness.

Bell’s spline: we purchasing milling machine of rolling spline and thread from EX-CELL-O, Germany. The machine has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, stable quality. we guarantee products quality, makes the spline even, let the spline connect with axle normally.
