Drying methods

 

1. According to different thickness of silicone ink, the curing time is different. Normal situation for mixing Part A: Part B =10:1 curing time is 50seconds with the temperature of 150℃(polyaddition process).

 

2. When the room temperature is above 25℃ (humidity 50%), room temperature cure can be carried out under summer condition

 

3.Color master batch: Using it when needing various colors.

 

The curing time by using Screen mesh

The general proprtion of silicone gel and curing agetn is 10 1 and reaction as follow:

The ink will be cured at 2 Min.30 Sec. at temperatreture 100 ( by 90 mesh)

The ink will be cured at 1 Min.30 Sec. at temperatreture 120 ( by 90 mesh)

The ink will be cured at 50 Sec. at temperatreture 150 ( by 90 mesh)

The ink will be cured at 2 Min at temperatreture 100 ( by 150 mesh)

The ink will be cured at 1 Min.Sec at temperatreture 120 ( by 150 mesh)

The ink will be cured at 40 Sec at temperatreture 150 ( by 150 mesh)
