Product Description
Copper from the PCB brought down to the solder pot day after day as a contaminant that rose the melting point of the solder and as a result the solder embraced the component leads would be thicker than normal. It is because the copper enriched solder has slower flowing motion than normal solder when solidify.
The excessive solder adhered on the component leads will increase the cost of soldering tremendously that is not easily to be noticed. And besides, the zero defect of soldering will not be obtained; touch up cost should be taken into account.
Our copper remover can arrest the copper element in the solder pot to purify the contaminated back to the standard as original, so that a huge amount of money will be saved. For instance, a Lead Free solder 9907 is 0.7% of copper contained, it is apparently that the copper will easily be reached to 1% or above hence the melting point of the solder increased
