# 9800 Aqua-wave-oil is a highly, refined organic synthetic oil to which an effective dross-inhibitor is incorporated to reduce the excessive build-up of dross in the solder-pot. This formula is specifically designed for use on water soluble fluxes aqueous cleaning wave-soldering process. 9800 provides longer life, less smoke fumes and carbonization than most wave-oils. This wave-oil will not create excessive foaming at post water washed stages, hence anti-foaming agent is not required.

# 9800 can be added to the wave-soldering still solder surface area, forming a thick blanket (about 1-2 cm) to prevent dross formation. This oil is recommended for use in wave-soldering pot system only and the oil should be changed daily with fresh oil after 10-12 hours of operation.
