Recycled Polystyrene (PS) resin, as a kind of thermo plastics, is widely used in automobile components, electric appliances and articles for daily use. Recycled PS resin is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it will need tens of minutes or even several hours to carry out dry treatment before forming.

PS475X is a new type of functional masterbatch, specially developed for eliminating the moisture in recycled PS resin. It can be pre-mixed with the raw materials with a small amount of proportion, and the dry treatment process can be omitted. We can directly carry out the injection molding and extrusion molding processing. PS475X environment-friendly plastic additive will save time, efforts and cost.

Guidelines                                                                                         

1.       Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;

2.       Use up within 8 hours after opening the inner packing;

3.       Addition rate: 1%~5%;

4.       Simply mix with plastic raw materials;

5.       Forbid drying with wet plastic materials.

Packing & Store                                                                                                  

1.       Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;

2.       Store in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;

3.       Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
