ABS resin, as a kind of thermo plastics, is widely used in automobile components, electric appliances, stationery and furniture field. ABS is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it will need forty minutes to carry out dry treatment before forming. And it will even take several hours to dry recycling ABS pellets.

A-208T is a new type of functional masterbatch, specially developed for eliminating the moisture in ABS resin. A-208T can be pre-mixed with the raw materials with a small amount of proportion, so the dry treatment process can be omitted and then we can directly carry out the injection molding and extrusion molding processing. A-208T environment-friendly plastic additive will save time, efforts and cost.

Applications                                                                                             

A-208T mainly uses in recycling ABS resin and virgin ABS resin without strict requirements for physical properties.

Guidelines                                                                                           

1.       Check the condition of inner packing, forbid using if damaged;

2.       Use up within 8 hours after opening the inner packing;

3.       Addition rate: 1%~5%;

4.       Simply mix with plastic raw materials;

5.       Forbid drying with wet plastic materials.

Packing & Store                                                                                                  

1.       Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;

2.       Store in ventilated, dry, and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;

3.       Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
