Enzymes as pulping assistant (Model No. Bvzyme-PPA) is a class of complex enzyme which specialized used in pulping process, the main function is to reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process

Pulping is the process converting wood into paper which always lead to high energy consumption, however, based on the synergy effect of multiple enzymes onto the pulp fibers, it enables the fiber fully expanded by absorbing adequate water and promote the fibrillation to facilitates the subsequent pulping process, thus, the energy consumption will be significantly reduced

Furthermore, as the fibers has fully expanded, it become soft and thickening, thus, the loose depth and flexibility of the finished paper would be improved, meanwhile, the multiple enzymes can re-combine the fiber fines, which is conducive for water draining of wet sheet, so it reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve the recycling rate, thereby, reducing the consumption and clear water usage per ton primary pulp

The Bvzyme-PPA is apply for three kinds pulp, including chemi-mechanical pulp and long fiber pulp, tissue paper pulp and recycled paper and paperboard
