Even now, the starch is still the most common sizing agent for threads of fabrics in order to prevent breaking during waving, but in the subsequent stages, the size must be removed to facilitates the bleaching or dyeing, since the enzymes are charactered with stability, economy and specificity, it will not harming the yarn and provided with high efficient, so the amylase has been selected and widely used for desizing process

DOSAGE
Add amount at the rate of 2-4 U/g together with calcium (Ca2+) at a concentration of 50-70ppm., the dosage should be decided through experiments according to the real objective conditions
