2、Working principle and characteristics

    Fans with disperse functions, especially suitable for the dry air operations of heat-sensitive materials. The high-speed impeller fan  break up the wet, even caking materials till it is dispersed. At the same time, stiring and mixing them accompany with the process of disperse.

    Then the materials and airflow flow parallelly. This type of equipment, adapted to a dry cake caking, but also belong to the water surface materials, moisture content less than 40%. If processing a large quantity or finished products that moisture ≤ 5% is requested, two-level air drying can be used.
