This aircraft widely used in fish meal, blood meal, bean dregs, brewer's grain, corn germ cake, animal manure and humidity materials drying, sterilization. It is the ideal feed industry drying equipment with the features of reasonable technology, compact structure, easy installation, simple operation, flexibility ,a strong universality and so on.
Features
This machine transfer heat to materiel through heat wall，first the steam come into the annular space between the shell and tube wall heating the shell, then go through the connecting pipe and into the center pipe of the dry tube. It can also pass through the center pipe first, then return to the space between the shell and tube wall. Along with the rotation of axis, the materiel get sufficient stir and admixture under the co-action of impeller and tray tube, so that materiel has the largest area contact with the shaft and flat surface.
Secondary steam discharges from the top of the shell steam room through the wind pipe. Weak vacuum is maintained inside the pipelines so that the waste steam don’t leak and meanwhile excessive absorption of cold air is avoided. Powder-resist boards installed in the shell lie between heating flats. It not only can prevent the materials from moving with the plate together, but also have self-cleaning effect include removing the bestrow layer on the axes and flat in order to maintain good heat capacity.
