956H wheel loader is one of the H series loaders developed independently by this company by means of the newest technology and modern deign approach, for which the Drive system widely used in China, dual-pump interflow technology and enhanced frame design are adopted. Driving System
1. The STEYR WD615G220 supercharged diesel engine of Weicai Power Co., Ltd adopted is large in power reservation, low in fuel consumption and good in power performance with flame preheating function and electric misfiring. The new combined type of prefilter adopted can prevent the diesel engine from early wearing. The prefilter and the two-phase filtration are free from repair and maintenance and have small air resistance, with the pre-filtering effect exceeding the air filter used in desert, so it can be applicable in the bad use environment, prolong the repair and maintenance cycle and extend the maintenance cycle of the filter element by 3 times.
2. The integral torque converter transmission system supplied by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Go., Ltd endows the entire machine with advanced structure, reliable running performance, reasonable matching with the main machine and easiness of operation and maintenance.
3. The new driving axle manufactured by this company enjoys the advanced structure, large bearing capacity and long service life.
Hydraulic System and Steering System
1. The world advanced dual-pump flow-converging technology adopted in the hydraulic system, featuring less energy loss, enhances the fuel economy and operation efficiency of the entire machine.
2. The hydraulic single-rod pilot operation equipped for selection is easy and agile to operate. The hydraulic operating valve is mounted on the front end of the front frame, easy to repair and maintenance. The standard configuration Mohrs soft axle equipped needs much less operation force than the soft axle made in China.
3. The “conic-O” double sealing meeting German DIN standard adopted by the pipeline of the hydraulic system of the entire machine has good sealing and anti-leakage performance.
4. The full hydraulic coaxial flow amplification and hinged steering system adopted makes steering more flexible.
5. The side-mounted pre-compressed hydraulic oil tank enlarges the capacity of the oil tank and the filters installed on oil suction and return guarantee the cleanliness of the fuel in the system, prevent the pump from excessive wearing and prolong the service life of the pump.
Structural Parts
1. The optimized enhanced front and rear frames adopted are stronger and more durable. The single-plate T beam structure of the rear frame reduces the profiling and irregular weld seams and enhances the reliability.
2. The dual-row conical roller bearing is adopted at the hinged position, which not only enhances the rigidity of the hinged position but also rationalize its bearing.
3. The 3.325-long extension wheel base makes the rollover load of the entire machine reach 12t and realizes the reliable operation and large digging force.
4. The optimized oil cylinder with singly rocking arm, short tie rod and horizontal movable arm makes the operation more effective and faster.
