1.Appliance Stability Tester
Product details: Model ZLT-WD.
The device is used to test the stability of an apparatus that requires a surface in order to work, and confirm to the IEC60335-1 clause 20.1. The device consists of a surface and an angle adjusting device, with angles 0~15° adjustable.
The appliance is placed in any normal position of use on a plane inclined at an angle of 10° to the horizontal, the supply cord resting on the inclined plane in the most unfavourable position. However, if part of an appliance comes into contact with the horizontal supporting surface when the appliance is tilted through an angle of 10°, the appliance is placed on a horizontal support and tilted in the most unfavourable direction through an angle of 10°.
Appliances provided with doors are tested with the doors open or closed, whichever is the more unfavourable.
Appliances intended to be filled with liquid by the user in normal use are tested empty or filled with the most unfavourable quantity of water up to the capacity indicated in the instructions.
The appliance shall not overturn.

2.Test device suitable for checking security of lampholder contacts
Product details: Model ZLT-DTC1.
The device is used to check security of lampholder contacts, and conform to the IEC60598-2-20 Fig 2.
The incandescent lamp is removed and a force of 15 N is applied for 1 min to each of the conductors connected. Following this, a force of 30 N is applied for 1 min to the two conductors together. The forces are applied at a distance of 3 ± 0,8 mm from the insertion points in the lampholder so as to try to move the contacts from the lampholders. During the test the contacts shall not move more than 0,8 mm..
3.Test device suitable for winding a flexible pipe

The device is used to check winding a flexible pipe, and conform to the IEC60598-2-20 Fig 3.
Wind the pipe on a cylinder of 250 mm diameter with a pull of 60 N for the number of operations and at the ambient temperature given below:
– for chains having an IP number up to and including 20 10 times at 25 °C ± 5 °C
– for chains having an IP number over 20 10 times at 25 °C ± 5 °C
followed by 10 times at –15 °C ± 5 °C

4.Screwed glands tester:
Product details:Model ZLT-LWM-1.
The device is used to check screwed glands,and conform to the IEC60598-1 clause 4.12.5.
Screwed glands shall be fitted with a cylindrical metal rod having a diameter equal to the nearest whole number of millimetres below the internal diameter of the packing. The glands shall then be tightened by means of a suitable spanner, the moment shown in following table being applied to the spanner for 1 min.

5.Adjusting devices tester
Product details:Model ZLT-LW1.
The device is used to detect adjustment device, and confirm to the IEC60598-1 clause 4.14.3.
The adjustment device, equipped with the appropriate cable or cord shall be operated in accordance with following table . A cycle of operation is a movement from one extreme of the range to the other and back to the starting position. The rate of movement shall not cause the device to heat appreciably and shall not exceed 600 cycles per hour.
For adjusting devices that consist of a flexible tube, the range of adjustment for this test is normally 135° in both directions from the vertical. However, where this adjustment cannot be achieved without using unreasonable force, the flexible tube is bent only to the positions where it will remain by itself.

6.Automatic Cord Reels Endurance Tester
Product details:Model ZLT-JX.
The device is used to detect automatic cord reels, and it confirms to IEC60335-1 clause 22.16.
Two-thirds of the length of the cord is unreeled. If the withdrawable length of the cord is less than 225 cm, the cord is unreeled so that a length of 75 cm remains on the reel. An additional length of 75 cm of the cord is then unreeled and pulled in a direction so that the greatest abrasion occurs to the sheath, taking into account the normal position of use of the appliance. Where the cord leaves the appliance, the angle between the axis of the cord during the test and the axis of the cord when it is unreeled without substantial resistance is approximately 60°. The cord is allowed to be recoiled by the reel.
Note 1: If the cord does not recoil at the angle of 60°, this angle is adjusted to the maximum that will allow recoil.
The test is carried out 6 000 times at a rate of approximately 30 times per minute or at the maximum rate allowed by the construction of the cord reel if this is less.
Note 2 :It may be necessary to interrupt the test to allow the cord to cool.

8.Abrasion Strength Tester
Product details: Model ZLT-GC1.
The device is used to check abrasion strength of printed circuit boards scratches are made across five pairs of conducting parts and the intervening separations at points where the separations will be subject to the maximum potential gradient during the tests.
The scratches are made by means of a hardened steel pin, the end of which has the form of a cone having a tip angle of 40°, its tip being rounded and polished, with a radius of 0,25 mm ± 0,02 mm. Scratches are made by drawing the pin along the surface in a plane perpendicular to the conductor edges at a speed of 20 mm/s ± 5 mm/s. The pin is so loaded that the force exerted along its axis is 10 N ± 0,5 N.
The scratches shall be at least 5 mm apart and at least 5 mm from the edge of the specimen.
