Ball mill working principle:

The ball mill is the horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two chambers, lattice-type. by feeding device the materials evenly be feeded into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. there are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber, the mill containing different specifications steel-balls, the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the ball for a certain height of fall, they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. after coarse grinding in the first chamber, it will enter into the second chamber through single-layer partition plate, inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel-balls for further materials grinding. powder discharged through the discharge grate plate to finish grinding operation.
