Bicomponent High Efficiency Warm-keeping Cotton is made by mixing polypropylene superfine fibre and three-dimensional hollow polyester short fibre.Polyester fibre is hollow and curling,the fibre has well flexibility and obturator structure,adhering with polypropylene fibre through heat fusion,thus makes the fibre net has well three-dimensional solid net stucture,has better consolidation,integrality and fluffiness,forms better ventilation and heat-keeping effect,makes the warm-keeping material has characters of "warm-keeping,comfort,light,anti-mould",makes the warm-keeping garment be in top grade and fashion.Bicomponent warm-keeping cotton has high resilience,not deformation,anti-moisture,can be washed by water or dry-clean,can be widely used in garment,quilt,shoes,cap,and also other industries,such as auto industry.
Product Performance:
1.The material is white and soft,the solid net structure consolidated by mixing two kinds of fibre,it has comparable larger area and lighter weight.
2.Comparing with normal fibre,bicomponent fibre has higher block function for emanation of heat quantity,has better warm-keeping effect
3.The material is easily dry after dampening,its moisture regain rate is close to zero,is suitable to be used under damp and cold environment.
