PCD cutting tool blanks

 PCD cutting tool blanks are composed of diamond powder and tungsten carbide in high temperature and pressure. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide.

Specification:
1. The normal shape is round, also can be cut into triangles, rectangles, segments, etc. as request.
2. The standard PCD layer thickness is 0.5mm, it also can be made into 0.7-1.0mm
3. Superfine finished surface
4. Available in three overall thickness: 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
5. Available in three grain size: 5μ, 10μ, 25μ
Application:
Suitable for the machining of non-ferrous metal and alloys, such as aluminum, copper, zinc, as well as wood, ceramics, rubber, plastic, fibre, etc.
