1.Application.
 YQL-100/5 Continuous lead sheathing extruder is to meet the demand of  the development of China wire&cable and other related industry. Creative design on the basis of absorbing international similar equipments, which is mainly used in sheathe the lead cover on the electric wire and cable.
  This machine is continuously rotating by screw to convey lead feed to realize the continuous extrusion. The thickness of leadlayer can be adjustable, by using PLC full digital control and display to preset each component’s temperature, to strictly control temperature in each parts; Moreover make the DC motor rotating speed be constant , so does the pressure of lead exit, that guarantee the extruding host machine can work under constant temperature, constant speed and constant pressure, thus the thickness of  cladding layer is equality and continuation. Its lead using amount was saved about 10% compared with intermittent lead pressing machine in domestic market, and it is the most ideal lead  sheathing extruder equipment. With low melting point and some oxidability of lead,  both moltenlead holding furnace and lead fluids conveying pipe in the machine are adopting sealed system, which greatly reduce the spread of lead evaporate, and eliminate the evironmental pollution basically.

2. Applying Range Of Equipment
 The machine is designed to continuously extrude on industrial pure lead or alloy lead(pb-sb-cu alloy). As the limit of the equipment structure and applying process, the alloy lead whose antimony content exceeds 0.6% are not allowed to extrusion.
Ideal pure lead and alloy lead is :

b. pb-sb alloy          Sb-0.5-0.6%
c.pb-sn-sb alloy     Sn-0.4%; Sb-0.2%
d.pb-sb-cu alloy     Sb-0.4%; Cu-0.04%
e.pb-sn-cd alloy     Sn-0.2%; Cd-0.075%

d.all gears inside tank are alloy steel except for a big gear is casting steel ,which shall do relevant heat treatment.
