1. Application
The tubular stranding machine specializes in manufacturing copper stranded wire, steel-cored aluminum cable or wirerope cable and is also used to produce Al-clad steel wire and Al-alloy stranded wire.

2. Features of the equipment
1.) The equipment has high mechanical intensity, high reliability, high production efficiency, low energies consumption, compact structure, smooth starting, convenient operation and low noise.
2.) In a whole type, tubular body is through special machining, controlling and testing with a high accuracy.
3.) To support the host is in type of big bearing and the tubular body has high rotated speed, smooth running, low noise and long-term durability.

5.Structure of the equipment
1. pay-off stand
Pay-off stand, which is suitable for specifications of wire reels for ø630mm, ø800mm and ø1000mm, installed magnetic powder brake for control tension, with manual compaction and mechanical rising and falling.
2. lathe-head
Lathe-head is behind pay-off stand and one end of components of the tubular body is linked with the main shaft of the lathe-hedd. Power is transmitted into the lathe-hedd by a motor via belts. We can gain two kinds of rotated speeds of the tubular body through a change of gear change hand lever.
3. components of tubular body & bobbin carrier
Stranding tubular body is connected by 3 sections of tubular bodies whose thickness are more than 24mm featuring two windows and threading wire from outside. There are 12 windows on the circumference of the whole tubular body so that wire reels can be loaded and unloaded easily. Support plates are welded inside the tubular body and a bearing seat is installed on each plate. Two ends of the bobbin carrier are supported on a bearing seat which is fixed bearings at two ends.
Adjusting tension of a wire reel: to adjust looseness and tightness of friction belt on a tension wheel is to gain a proper pay-off tension while the wire reel is paying off.
4. wire break knock-off system
Electricity-breaking rods, which are fixed at two sides of bottom plate of the host along the direction of wire running of the tubular body, also fitted under the stranding shaft and are insulated with the bottom plate. The electricity-breaking rods have 24v voltage and coils. If broken wire touchs the rod by centrifugal force and forms circulation of electric current, the host is stopped.
5. big support bearing(supplied by buyer)
One end of components of the tubular body is sustained by the lathe-hedd and the rest is supported by 3 groups of big bearings which are adopted from domestically well-known manufacturers. This makes sure a stable high-speed rotation and a low noise of the tubular body.
6. brake
Two brakes and pneumatic plane brakes are installed in the middle of components of the tubular body. When electric source of the host or the whole exterior is cut off, the brakes work and the machine is stopped quickly. The brakes reture to the original places automatically after the machines stop. The time from braking to stop takes 6-8 seconds.
7. wire mold seat
Wire mold seat, which is at the end of the tubular body, used to adjust the wire speed and fasten the focus. To turn the hand lever behind the wire mold seat is to make the mold seat move along central line of a shaft.
8. gearcase and pulling wheel device
Wire mold seat is before gearcase whose rear is closely connected with pulling wheel device. The gearcase is used to change pitch and pulling stranded wire and the power is transmitted into transmission shaft until reaching the gearcase and the pulling wheel device via outlet shaft of the transmission shaft.
The gearcase can change its speed by 32-grade and its inner gear whose face is grinded with high accuracy. The pulling wheel device has 2-grade speed change and on the pulling wheel there is a pneumatic press wire wheel to avoid a loose wire.
