XBD-CRIA200 Pneumatic Fuel Injector Test Bench is produced by Taian Xinbaodi Experimental Equipment Co., Ltd. The high pressure common rail system controller’s function is imitated of ECU (Engine Control Unit), and provides control signal of BOSCH, DELPHI, which drives common rail fuel injector to work. It can test many models of injector produced by BOSCH、SIEMENS、DELPHI、DENSO. Parameter for the drive signal can be set according to client’s specific requirements and stored by groups. The power is supplied by external drier air source. Inner pressure rising system can produce 0-2000bar which can be regulated. It is easy for maintenance staff to judge and repair according to the working condition.
