XBD-EUP200, Testing device for Electronic Unit Pumps， 15000， 2320USD/SET

It is designed to test various types of EUIs and EUPs of all major brands on the market.

1, Functions

This electronic control unit pump testing device consists of one cam box assembly, one controller, and matching accessories for specific types of EUP.

Camshaft box is driven by a standard pump test bench.

Under test EUP and matching accessories are installed in the cam box.

Controller produces synchronized EUP drive signals.

High-pressure pipes are connected with under test pumps and injectors.

The pump is good or bad is determined by testing injection fuel amount under given conditions.

2, Features

Camshaft box is equipped with a speed sensor. It can realize synchronized control without external sensors.

Through modulated signals driving fuel injection electromagnetic valve, to ensure maintenance of EUP's safety.

Advance angle and pulse of the drive signals can be adjustable.

The device has short circuit protection

3, Usage

Test EUI or EUP on a conventional pump test bench.

Cambox mounting height is125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform).
