Working principle

• Automatic positioning part: The automatic positioning thermal transfer machine uses advanced sensor technology and intelligent control system to achieve precise positioning. When small-diameter plastic tubes, plastic boxes, plastic pen barrels and other plastic products are placed in the designated position, the sensor will quickly detect their position, size, shape and other information, and feed back these data to the control system. Based on the feedback content, the control system accurately directs the transfer head to move to the corresponding accurate position to ensure that the subsequent thermal transfer pattern can be accurately transferred to the preset position of the plastic product.

• Thermal transfer process: First, place the transfer paper with the pattern to be transferred in the corresponding position, and the plastic product is also fixed. Then, the thermal transfer machine heats up the transfer head through a heating device. When the appropriate temperature is reached, the transfer head is closely attached to the surface of the plastic product under the drive of the control system. Under a certain pressure and high temperature, the ink and other pattern components on the transfer paper are sublimated or melted by heat, and then transferred to the surface of the small-diameter plastic tube, plastic box, and plastic pen barrel to complete the thermal transfer process.
