EAGER series blue flame comprehensive maintenance vehicles integrate asphalt recycling machine, asphalt concrete hotbox and emulsified asphalt sprayer in the same chassis. The rear of the equipment is asphalt recycling heater, adopt the current most advanced blue flame thermal radiation technology; Insulation hotbox with dual heating methods, automatic temperature control; Special emulsified asphalt pump provides powerful spray discharge, running smoothly and spray evenly. It adopts PLC programmable controller, with touch screen display and sensitive control which is simple to operate. The equipment can complete the road repair such as potholes, weak joint problems. It is the ideal road disease treatment equipment.

1. Thermal insulation material box
a. Burner heating: Burner heating the heat transfer oil, indirect heating materials.
b. By electric heater heating the materials at night, can shorten the daytime material heating time, improve work efficiency.
c. insulation material box volume 1.1 m³, large heat exchange area makes the heating quickly.
d. Hydraulic control the material the door opening, closing and discharge, reasonable design of mid-split discharge port makes the loading operation easily and quickly. Hydraulic driven screw discharge system, simple operation, material discharge smooth, continuously and rapidly.

2. Control system
PLC touch screen, centralized control cabinet, dual control system, convenient for the construction.

Computer centralized control temperature, when the heating temperature reaches the set temperature inside of the insulation box, it automatically starts into the insulating state, when the temperatures drop down to the minimum set temperature, it restart the heating which is convenient and energy-efficient. The material insulation box can be used for heating, recycling of waste material, and insulation of the new material.
3. Blue flame heating plate
EAGER series blue flame heating comprehensive maintenance vehicle has two heating plates, with heating size of 2.0 square meters, 2.4 square meters and 3.2 square meters, can make left and right district heating separately or simultaneously heating.
4. Emulsified asphalt spraying system
Adopts emulsified asphalt constant pressure spray control system, supplemented by diesel-cleaning device under the premise of good protection spray and prolongs service life. Emulsified asphalt tank volume: 85L.
