Product Description:
KM1612HK-JS is a high thermal conductivity with a high conductivity of the solid crystal plastic, one-component, medium viscosity, room temperature storage for a long time, easy operation, mainly for power type, high-power LED chip solid crystal, suitable for automatic dispenser dispensing.

With increasing temperature, the shorter the curing time can be selected according to the actual situation, high-conductivity silver glue recommended temperature 195 ℃, 30min curing;
Note:
(1) cold storage, use glue to wake up to room temperature before 25 ℃, 2 hours later before use (-15 ℃ - 0 ℃ under refrigeration), boxed please stirring;
Operating time at room temperature up to 36 hours;
(2) to fully cure, there would be off-chip phenomenon.
(3) After the glue is not used, should be sealed refrigeration, or viscosity, larger, re-use when drawing the phenomenon may occur.
(4) can not be mixed with different adhesive types.
