This series equipment can perform high quality cross-welding for hot-rolled ribbed rebar, cold-rolled ribbed rebar, and round rebar. It has many favorable features, such as high output, high precision, easy modification, low operation failure rate, strong capability in energy saving, low consumption, and high quality.

Product Details/Advantage:
1.Integral frequency conversion motor and helical gear reducer directly connect the main shaft, low noise, high efficiency.

2.Epoxy-cast water-cooled welding transformers can work continuously and prolong working life.

3.Panasonic servo motor and planetary reducer to drive pull mechanism reciprocally cycles and pulls the net, the quality is high, and the size of the pull net is accurate.

4.Unique funnel control solution: There is no wire inside the funnel or the doffing is abnormal. The equipment is suspended until the funnel is normal.

5.Automatic landing, finished net output: Each welding net automatically falls to the output mechanism and is automatically output after a certain number of stacks. The finished mesh is easy to transport and saves labor (Optional).

6.PLC, servo motor and driver are Panasonic brand, and touch screen is Weinview. All other electrical appliances use well-known brand products such as Schneider, Tianzheng, and Taiwan Mingwei, and the original pneumatic components are the Japanese SMC brand, ensuring the high-quality operation reliability of the equipment.
