2. The standard number of layers

The numbers of layers, which mean the number of natural -tire-cord layer, usually, our airbags contain from 3 to 8 layers types. Other type is still available upon your request to confirm the safety 

working pressure.

Construction of floating marine rubber pontoon

1.Inner Rubber Layer

The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside floating marine rubber pontoon.

2.Synthetic-net-cord Layer for Reinforcement: 

The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, 

are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly 

providing strong efficient reinforcement.

3.Outer Rubber Layer

The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. 

This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and 

hard usage. Standard color is black.

4.End Fittings

End fittings include air tightness swivel and airbags safety air inlet. 

Delivery: Shipping deflated without air( normally we could deliver within 20 days)

Marine rubber pontoon are very small in size when deflated, and are lightweight. Thus, they

can be easily transported and deployed. Airbags coule be transported in a 20' or 40' GP

deflated without air.
