UK Sherman Corona Pen
UK Sherman, British product 38/40/42/44 etc. different tensions of test pens, are able to test accurately whether the plastic film surface tension reach the corona pen quantitative number. Make the users clearly understand this film is suitable for printing or not. Composite or vacuum aluminum plating, effectively control the quality and reduce the instrument delay caused by the unqualified material.

Rechargeable type can be used to refill cycle, economic and durable, spring piston flow, whole sealing pen cap, long shelf life, not contaminated, the pen cap is with a pen and one bottle of 100 ml tension test fluid.
Product Application:
Put the pen perpendicular to the film surface with appropriate pressure, draw a line on the membrane surface. The smaller range dyne pen is easier to draw a straight line, so need not too big pressure; but 40, 42, 44 dyne pen need to add a bit of pressure in the line drawing. In general, the first test to ensure measurement accuracy, need six different types of dyne pens; if sure that film surface tension number change is very small, need at least 3 different types of dyne pen. Imported with original packing Sherman pen has 31,32,34,36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50 or more than ten different tension test pens, can accurately test whether the plastic film surface tension reach the pen quantitative number. Make the users clearly understand whether this film is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminum plating, gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, plangi printing, inkjet printing, dry compound, extrusion compound, blown film, T squeeze film, stretch film, coating, plating aluminum, so as to effectively control the quality, reduce the loss caused by unqualified material.

Corona pen is mainly used for measuring and identify whether the film meets the production requirements:
Usage:
1. Choose a suitable dyne value corona pen
2. Clean the film and flatly laid in horizontal table
3. with corona pen to draw gently on the film surface
4. Liquid without shrinkage in three seconds, then reach the selected dyne, conversely have not reached. (Note: judgment in about three seconds)
Note: when using reusable filling type pen, please don't overexert, or judgment will be effected due to the oversize liquid.
