SJ series new model efficient single-screw extruder

Pipe Extrusion

Suitable for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX cross-linking pipe, aluminum-plastic composite pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon core pipe and a variety of co-extruded composite pipe.

Plate and sheet extrusion

Suitable for PVC, PET, PS, PP, PC and other profiles and sheet extrusion. Other kinds of plastic extrusion, such as wire, rod, etc.

Profiles extrusion

Adjust the extruder screw extrusion speed and change the structure applicable to the production of PVC, polyolefins and other plastic profile.

Granulation

Applicable to all kinds of plastic blends, modified, enhanced granulation.
