PE Carbon Spiral Pipe Production Line

The production line mainly includes single screw extruder, extrusion die, vacuum sizing & cooling tank, tractor, winding machine and cutting machine.

Single screw extruder: It is equipped with polyolefin single screw extruder, with such advantages as high-speed extrusion and high-speed plasticizing.

Extrusion head: Standard-designed nose with spiral structure, with reasonably-designed channel and smooth inner and outer pipe wall. The spiral-distributing shunt body provides large flowing space to ensure enough residence time of the flux. With optimal design of low melting temperature, the pipes have small inner stress and smooth inner and outer sides.

Vacuum sizing and cooling tank: The inlet end of the optimally designed copper spiral sizing sleeve is equipped with cooling device and powerful-suction vacuum device, suitable for the high-speed extrusion of the pipes. The specially designed sizing and cooling method and the specially designed spray head provide high-efficient spray cooling.
