Prestressed plastic bamboo corrugated pipe equipment

The production line is mainly used for such concrete projects as highway overpasses, viaducts and railway bridges, etc. By simply replacing different molds, PP, PVC and EVA as well as other different plastic corrugated pipes can be produced. A full bamboo prestressed plastic corrugated pipe equipment by extruders, extrusion die, molding machine, cutter, stacker or reel machine components. Molding machine is composed of gearbox, down and up template, frame, air-cooled unit, a mobile device, gearbox using arc tooth worm gear reducer hardened, the template material for the HT150 through the hollow casting, template forced air cooled, the template is made of 40Cr heat-treated surface hardness HRC45-52, welded steel frame with high-quality, reasonably stable structure, the drive motor first with frequency converter, so as to achieve a uniform variable speed. Machine up and down, left and right, front and rear automatic adjustment.
Main features of equipment: Compact structure, smooth operation, large carrying capacity, water cooling and forced-air cooling, high productivity, long service life, saving materials etc.
