1. Product Performance

The Product adopts industrial alcohol as the solvent. It is safe, non-toxic and free from abnormal smell.

The Product is suitable for lamination of PE、BOPP、VMOPP、VMCPP.

The Product may achieve high adhesive fastness without any curing, so as to be conducive to improving production efficiency.

The price is cheap. The lamination cost is less than that of the dual-component adhesive by more than 20%.

The solid content (%): 42±2.

1. Instructions for Use

The Dilution Proportion: Adhesive: diluents = 1: 1~1.5

It is required to adopt industrial alcohol as the solvent, but the water content in the solvent shall not exceed 1%; otherwise the transparency and peeling strength of the Lamination Product will be affected.

For dilution, the solvent shall be added to the main agent and fully and uniformly stirred.

Coating: The Product is suitable for any smooth roll and Anilox roll.

Coating weight: According to the different materials used and usage requirements, the dry adhesive coating weight may be controlled within 1~4 g/㎡.

Drying: After the thin film is coated with the adhesive, the drying tunnel must be of sufficient air quantity, air speed and temperature. The temperature of the first section in the drying tunnel shall be controlled within 50℃~60℃. The temperature of the last section shall be controlled within 75℃~85℃.

Lamination Pressure and Temperature: Without damaging the Lamination Product, the lamination pressure and the hot rolling temperature shall be raised as far as possible.

1. Precautions

It is forbidden to mix the product with any other types of adhesive; otherwise the lamination quality of the product will be affected. Hence, the equipment must be cleaned prior to the use of the product.

The prepared adhesive shall be placed in a sealed container. Due to the volatilization of the solvent, a certain amount of alcohol may be added to the adhesive solution after thickening. After uniformly stirring, the adhesive may be continuously used and the residual adhesive may be poured into the original barrels. The adhesive preparation quantity shall be controlled within the minimum range according to the operation volume.

Requirements for the Thin Film Corona Treatment: PE and CPP must go through the corona treatment and the surface tension shall not be less than 38 dyne.

The Product shall be sealed and stored in a dark, ventilated and dry place, with the valid storage period of 6 months. During storage and transportation, the product shall be kept away from fire.

Types of material, additives and oil ink, the drying degree of the adhesive, technological operation, etc., may affect the product quality; hence, users shall perform a trial use according to the specific situation prior to use. If qualified, the product may be put into production.
