Product Description
I. Product Performance
- This product fits for dry lamination for food package, medicine package etc. the wetness to film is good. The transparency and initial bonding strength are good too.
- This product takes alcohol as solvent, which is low in cost, and environmental.
- It is compatible with many kinds of oil ink, such as CPP, Alcohol solvent PU oil ink, water based ink. Its leveling property is good. No dots when laminate white oil ink.
- This product can be used in lamination of BOPP、PA、CPP、PE、AL、PET, which also can be used in high humidity condition.
II. Diluents:
The solvent should be alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, whose purity should be higher than 99%. Low purity solvent may cause glue cloudy white. Ketone should b-e less than 0.5%; Aldehyde should be less than 0.02%.

V. Operating Conditions
- Dilution: Sufficient solvent is first added to the main agent and fully stirred, and then the hardening agent is added and fully stirred.
- Coating Method: It is suitable for coating any smooth roll and Anilox roll, and according to the coating weight as required in the process, the line numbers and mesh depth of the pressure roll and Anilox roll are reasonably proportionate;
- Working Concentration: The generally recommended concentration is 20% ~ 30%, and the optimum concentration is 30%.
- Coating Weight: 1.5 g/㎡~3.0g/㎡may be selected for the dry coating.
- Drying: on the premise of ensuring lamination speed, the temperature of the drying tunnel shall be properly raised or the air quantity shall be increased. When the drying system has three or more sections, the temperature of the entry end shall be controlled at 55°C ~ 65°C; and that of exit end may be raised to 75°C ~ 85°C degrees for setting the temperature gradient.
- Lamination Pressure and Temperature: In order that thin films are not damaged and the opening property of the inner layer is not affected, the pressure and temperature of the lamination roll shall be raised as far as possible. According to the different products, the temperature range is generally controlled within 60°C~80°C.
- Curing: It may be cut and made into bags after maturation of 12 – 24 hours at 45±5℃. Thin type packaging may be not cured or naturally cured when the indoor temperature is more than 40℃.
- The Product shall be stored in a dry and cool place, with a validity period of one year for the main agent and ten months for the curing agent.
