1) Cyclic pipes are built inside the tank for water to run circularly, so there water can always keep hot to melt the cocoa butter quicker;

2) The heat-insulated top cover can help reserve the heat inside the tank and protect the operator from heat injury.

3) The heat-insulated side wall can help reserve the heat inside the tank and protect the operator from heat injury.

4) The top cover is hinged to tank and supported by gas spring, so operator can open the cover easier and quicker;

5) The tank can be separated into half or quarter. So, when you have several small size chocolate conching machines, you do not have to buy several matching size melting machine, you can buy one melting machine for two or four conching machines. And because the melting tank is separated, you can easily measure the volume. In this case, you can save your cost.
