Product features:
Dow filmtec ™ Hsro thermal disinfection reverse osmosis membrane element has good water quality and can withstand the disinfection treatment of hot water. The hsro elements produced by Xianjin's fully automatic production line have the effective membrane area of the membrane industry. This high membrane area allows the system to be designed to lower the operating flux or maintain the same flux, and use fewer membrane elements to save the system cost. The element adopts the full fit structure without shell, which eliminates the dead water zone between the standard membrane element and the inner wall of the pressure vessel. It is suitable for applications with special health requirements. All components comply with FDA standards.

1. Hsro-4040-ff was named sg30-85-hs, and hsro-390-ff was named sg30-390-hs.
2. The water yield and desalination rate are based on the test conditions: 2000ppm NaCl, the pressure is the value in the above table, 25? C. 15% recovery.
3. The stability treatment must be carried out before the element is put into operation. In this process, there will be a one-time flux drop. The specification values in the above table are the performance data after stabilization.
4. The water yield of a single element will fluctuate within 20%.
5. The product is improving at any time, and the product specification may change.

Thermal disinfection temperature (1.75bar, 25psi) 85? C
Operating pressure 600 psig (41.0 bar)
Pressure drop 15 psig (1.0 bar)
PH range, continuous operation a 2 – 11
PH range, short wash (30 minutes) B 1 – 12
Water supply SDI15 5
Allowable free chlorine content C < 0.1 ppm
a. When pH > 10, the allowable temperature for continuous operation is 95? F(35? C)。
b. Refer to cleaning guidelines in specification 609-23010.
c. Under some conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidants will lead to the early degradation of the membrane. Due to oxidative damage
It is beyond the scope of Dow's warranty, so Dow Chemical recommends that the user pre treat the residual free chlorine before contacting the diaphragm
Its removal. For more information, refer to technical bulletin 609-22010.
important information
Hsro thermal disinfection coil elements shall be heat stabilized with hot water before first use. Suitable thermal stabilization steps are as follows:
? Flush with purified water of appropriate quality under low pressure and low flow conditions.
? Under very low pressure, use hot water for circulating treatment, the water temperature is less than or equal to 45C, the warm water is circulated, the pressure is 45psi (3bar), and the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane must be less than 25psi (1.7bar).
? Input hot water into the system until the temperature rises to 80C.
? When using warm or hot water with a water temperature of 45C or higher, the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane must be less than 25 psi (1.7 bar).
? Keep it warm for 60 ~ 90 minutes.
? Let the system reduce the temperature below 45oC.
? Flush with purified water of appropriate quality under very low pressure, with the pressure of 45psi (3bar), and the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is less than 25psi (1.7bar)
