The Uganda PVOC project has been fully implemented since 1 June 2013. All shipments containing controlled products shall have a certificate of conformity, as a certificate of conformity is a mandatory requirement for customs clearance at Uganda ports to demonstrate compliance with applicable Ugandan technical regulations and mandatory or approved standards.
