Four-station turntable

• The four-station turntable enables the screen printer to perform multiple processes at the same time. Electric stencil lifting

Linear guide control

This helps to improve printing accuracy and also prolong the service life of the equipment, because stable movement can reduce component wear.

Robot unloading

The robotic arm can accurately remove the printed workpiece from the workbench and place it in the designated position according to the preset program. This not only improves the speed and efficiency of material unloading, but also avoids the damage to the workpiece that may be caused by manual unloading, ensuring the quality and integrity of the product.

Touch screen panel

• The touch screen panel makes the operation of the equipment simpler and more intuitive. The operator can set various parameters of the screen printer through the touch screen, such as printing speed, screen lifting speed, turntable rotation time, etc. The all-electric design enables each action of the machine to be accurately controlled by electric drive, further improving the degree of automation and precision of production, making the operation of the entire screen printer more convenient and efficient.

Applicable scenarios

• This screen printer is suitable for batch printing of various flat workpieces, such as electronic product shells (mobile phone shells, tablet shells, etc.), plastic sheets, glass panels, etc. In industries such as electronic manufacturing, decorative material production, and advertising production, it can meet the needs of high-precision and high-efficiency printing production.

The air-suction flat screen printing machine is generally designed for paper printing. There are many tiny pinholes on the surface of its workbench. The lower end of the pinholes is connected to a vacuum chamber, which is connected to an air pump. The air in the vacuum chamber will be sucked away to form a vacuum. When the paper is placed on the workbench, due to the effect of atmospheric pressure, the paper will be tightly sucked, thus ensuring the fixed position of the printing process.
       Suction-type screen printing machines also face the problem of slow efficiency. A more mature solution is to install a turntable-type suction workbench, so that the paper transportation will be significantly accelerated. The turntable screen printing machine can also be equipped with a suction cup manipulator to transfer the printed paper to the back-end curing device.
