概述

雙齒輥破碎機適用於抗壓強度小於240Mpa，濕度小於35%的中硬及軟物料的中碎和精碎作業，如煤、焦炭、石油焦、生石灰、硅石、碳素、玻璃管、瀝青、化工原料等或與以上硬度相當的固體物產，本機器具有使用維修費特低、性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點。

雙齒輥破碎機配置兩個碾輥，輥面分為狼牙齒、環形齒、直條齒、大板齒等，適用於進料粒度小於1000mm，成品粒度要求10-200mm，要求粉末狀少、顆粒多的中碎或精碎場合。

工作原理

雙齒碾破碎機是利用兩個耐磨合金齒輥，相對旋轉產生的高擠壓力和剪切力來破碎物料，物料進入兩齒輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以後，受到兩齒輥相對旋轉的擠壓力和剪切力作用，來擠軋，剪切和嚙磨下，將物料破碎成需要的粒度然後從排料口排出。

Working principle

Double-teeth roll crusher is fixed with two wear-resistant alloy rolls.Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material.The material enters into the spacebetween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crowd rollig,cutting and grinding,it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
