概述

對輥破碎機適用於抗壓強度小於300Mpa，水份小於35%的硬、中硬、軟物料的中碎和細碎作業，可廣氾用於礦山、熱電、水泥、陶瓷、冶金、化工、建材等行業，本機器具有使用維修費特低，性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點。

對輥破碎機配置兩個碾輥，根據用戶需要的粒度，輥面分為平輥面和堆焊輥面兩種機型，若物料的抗壓強度超過200Mpa時均可選擇加重機型。

平輥面機型適用於進料粒度小於80mm，成品粒度要求50目-20mm的細碎作業。如利用鵝卵石、建築垃圾人工制沙；礦業細碎鐵礦石、石英石；陶 陶行業破碎原材料；冶金行業破碎焦炭、生石灰；焦化廠細碎煤粉；化工行業破碎各種原料等；或者與上述類似的破碎場合。

堆焊輥面機型適用於進料粒度小於110mm、成品粒度要求3-30mm的中細碎作業。水泥行業磨機前的預破碎水泥熟料、石灰石及復合材料；水煤漿行業入磨前預破碎煤；鐵礦行業入磨前預破碎鋼渣、鐵礦石、硅礦石；制磚廠破碎各種礦石做免燒磚；熱電廠破碎電煤；或者與上述類似的破碎場合。

The overlay welding roll model is for the medium fine crushing which requires the maxium feeding 110mm,range of discharge 3-30mm.For example,before the mill:cement industry pre-crushing cement clinker,limestone and composite materials;CWS industry pre-crushing coal;iron ore industry pre-crushing slag, iron ore, silica minerals;brick factory pre-crushing kinds of ore to produce unburned brick;thermal power plants crushing coal; or in the similar occasions.

工作原理

對輥破碎機是利用兩個高強度耐磨合金碾輥，相對旋轉產生的高擠壓力來破碎物料，物料進入兩輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以後，受到兩碾輥相對旋轉的擠壓力和剪切力作用，在擠軋、剪切、和嚙磨下，將物料破碎成需要的粒度然後從機器下部的排料口排出。

Working principal

Double-roll crusher is fixed with two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rolls.Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material. The material enters into the space bwtween the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crowd rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
