概述

四齒輥破碎機適用於抗壓力強度小於200Mpa，濕度小於30%的中硬度及軟物料，而且要求粒度粉末狀少、顆粒狀多的細碎及中碎作業。如煤、焦炭、化肥原料、石油焦、玻璃管、化工原料等固體物產，本機器具使用維修費特低、破碎比大、性能可靠、粉塵少、噪音低等特點。

四齒輥破碎機配置四個碾輥，上兩昆為齒輥面，下兩輥為堆焊輥面（或平輥面），適用於進料粒度小於700mm，成品粒度要求2-20mm的中細碎作業。如熱電廠硫化床鍋糧、普通鍋爐用煤的破碎；化肥廠破碎化肥原料；太陽能行業破碎廢玻璃管等；或者與上述類似的破碎場合。

工作原理

四齒輥破碎機是利用四個高強度耐磨碾輥，相對旋轉產生的高擠壓力和剪切力來破碎物料。物料進入上兩齒輥間隙（V型破碎腔）以後，受到兩齒輥相對旋轉的擠壓和剪切作用，首次將物料擠軋、剪切后（粗破），再次進入相對旋轉的下兩輥，再由下兩輥擠軋、剪切、和嚙磨（細破）成需要的粒度從排料口排出。

Working principle

Four-teeth roll crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rolls. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressuer and shear force. The material enters into the space between the two rolls. The first time, it is extruded, rolled and sheared(thick broken). Then it comes to the next two rotating rolls. Here it is extrueded, cut and grounded to

the required size, sent by the transport equipment.
