STM-16 Multi-service Access Platform MSAP

BX-MSAP1506 (Multi-service Access Platform) is Symfun’s new generation integrated service access system which bases on SDH technology. It supports multi-service and flexible configuration. The system provides many different service interfaces integrated in one platform such as PDH, V.35, Ethernet optical interfaces, E1 and SDH uplink optical interface with powerful networking capability.

BX-MSAP1506 is concentrated frame structure with 14 slots; adopt plug-in-card distributed power design to realize high system reliability. Operating with network management system, BX-MSAP1506 support remote power down real-time detection and has multiple protection function against the optical interface, service card, branch channel and route.

As an integrated service access platform, BX-MSAP1506 can connect all optical modem and fiber transceiver and PDH series of our company for integrated access of V.35, Ethernet and E1 for key customer.

Features:

◆High capacity and good extension: This system provides max 6 STM-1 optical interfaces, support 1+1 multiplex section protection and SNCP. It supports connection to the upper layer over the optical interface and also can compose multiple STM-1 rings independently. The system has high cross-connect capacity which can reach 1008X1008VC12 without blocks. It’s upgradable to STM-4 smoothlly. The branch service can be allocated to any optical directions and also can be used directly.

◆ High Reliability: The system provides powerful protection which includes system control unit protection, double power supply and card distributed power supply.

◆ Varied service with high-density port: Besides the uplink optical port, the system also supports SDH, PDH, optical modem and media converter accessing, and provides 231 E1 service capability as well.

◆ The BX-MSAP1506 integrated management platform was designed according to the IUT-T related recommendation, which is used to realize integrated management of network-resource, equipment configuration, alarm, performance and security management. The management platform features as below:
